Flower arrangement was beautiful and just what i wanted. Roses fresh and undamaged, etc. However, the issue i had was with delivery. The arrangement was just left inside my front gate out in the hot sun and no call was made to the recipient, nor was our gate intercom called or other call attempt made to inform us that the flowers had arrived. Otherwise, would have been 5 stars. ---- Florist's Response: Hello, Thank you for the review. otherwise I did not know how driver just left flowers with no contact. so sorry, we will inform to driver. thank you again

Arrangement of flowers was first rate and lovely. The delivery was left in a bit of an obscure place in our garage, as my wife wasn't home, and when my wife came home she didn't notice the flowers until later when she to check on our solar water heater. I think the delivery person put the flowers in the garage to keep them out of the sun, but since your store had my wife's cell number, it would have been good to call her and say the flowers were in the garage so she would have known. Maybe that's a suggestion for your delivery people. ---- Florist's Response: Thank you for the review.
